WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROTECTING YOUR IDENTITY AND THE PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU SHARE WITH US. THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLIES TO PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT THROUGH OUR WEBSITES, OUR SERVICE LOCATIONS AND OUR RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR PARTNERS.

COMPLETE DELETION OF YOUR DATA

If you have been an active customer or partner and wish to request complete deletion of your account, we recommend that you first deactivate your account.

Because certain commercial and transactional records may be subject to retention requirements, some information may need to be retained for a period of seven years following your last transaction.

After this period, you may submit a request for permanent deletion of your account.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We recognize that our customers and partners trust us to protect their personal information, and we take this responsibility seriously.

We have implemented measures designed to protect the personal information in our custody and control.

For example, access to personal information is restricted to employees and authorized service providers who require the information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We have also implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to help protect personal information in our custody or control against unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure.

To provide an increased level of security, online access to certain personal information may be protected by a password of your choice.

We strongly recommend that you never share your password with anyone.

Aesthe Source will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited communication.

• If an unknown person sends you an unsolicited email or asks you to confirm or provide your password, personal information or banking information, ignore the request and contact us directly.

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, credit card orders placed through our websites may be subject to verification to ensure that the name and billing address correspond with the information associated with the buyer's credit card.

If the information does not match, an order may be refused even if the transaction has been pre-authorized by the customer's financial institution.

In such circumstances, the reserved amount may temporarily remain unavailable until the financial institution releases the funds. This may take approximately three to seven business days.

DATA LEAKAGE OR THEFT

Despite the measures described above, no transmission of data over the Internet can be considered absolutely secure.

In the event of a privacy incident, data leak or data theft, Aesthe Source will document the incident in accordance with its internal procedures.
