Shipping Policy

All Tend Skin orders are shipped with Canada Post.

Free-shipping thresholds are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes:

• Quebec and Ontario: free shipping on orders of CAD $99 or more before taxes;

• All other Canadian provinces: free shipping on orders of CAD $149 or more before taxes;

• United States and international destinations: free shipping on orders of CAD $199 or more before taxes.

All amounts shown above are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

For orders that do not meet the applicable free-shipping threshold, shipping charges will be displayed before the order is confirmed.

For orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by authorities or third parties may apply. When applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

The applicable delivery timeframe will be provided when placing your order. Transit times may vary depending on the destination and Canada Post services.

Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
