Tend Skin is operated by Aesthe Source (3077373 Canada Inc.). Aesthe Source operates the Tend Skin website (the “Site”).

These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between the user of the Site and Aesthe Source.

Aesthe Source shall not be liable for damages or losses resulting from such events to the extent permitted by applicable law.
